Liz Joy is an art director, sugar artist and illustrator with over ten years of experience in the field. However, a few years ago the woman fell in love with baking and treat design and has been creating stunning pies that look almost too beautiful to eat ever since!
At first glace, the pies that Liz bakes look like paintings or illustrations, and it's only when you look closely that you notice the delicious crust surrounding them.
