“Symphonia”: 5 Charming Sculptures Made Of Recycled Materials Shaped By Ana Brecevic
Ana Brecevic is a Franco-Croatian plastic artist and paper designer. Her work often centres on living forms, reflecting her deep concern about the loss of biodiversity she has witnessed in her two homelands.
Brecevic’s most recent project, Symphonia, is a limited series of kinetic artworks. Each piece is crafted from recycled, hand-dyed, or upcycled materials. The wooden bases are manually shaped by Brecevic from discarded scraps sourced from a carpentry workshop. Using vegetable ink and recycled materials, and embracing the charming natural irregularities of the wood, she has created a capsule series of five captivating sculptures in motion.
