These Two Friends Show The Same Outfits On Two Different Body Types To Prove That Style Is Not About Size (20 New Pics)

Published 3 years ago

Despite the same clothes being sold in a variety of sizes, most fashion brands still choose to use lean models in all of their promotional images, completely ignoring all of the plus-size people. Tired of this unnecessary discrimination, two friends – Denise Mercedes and Maria Castellanos – started the “Style Not Size” challenge on TikTok where they prove that anyone can look great, no matter what size of clothes they wear.

In the challenge, the two women show how the same outfits look on two different body types, and they’re the perfect inspiration for anyone who might feel anxious about trying a bolder look just because of their size. Check out some of Denise and Maria’s latest outfits below, and if you want more, be sure to read our earlier articles here, here, and here!

Aušrys Uptas

One day, this guy just kind of figured - "I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?" - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that's trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that's too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
