18-Year-Old Illustrator Reimagines Baymax As Disney Characters

Disney keeps making movies that keep both the young and the somewhat older entertained. So no wonder that Demetria Skye, a self-taught Scottish artist, has drawn so many versions of Baymax from Big Hero 6. You can see the big inflatable robot cosplaying as many Disney characters, including a few of the princesses. I for one think Baymax makes for one stunning Snow White, especially considering his color. Demetria (who also goes by DeeeSkye) has also reimagined the robot as comic book characters. And yes, there's a logical reason for that: Big Hero 6, while a Disney movie, is based on a Marvel comic. Somewhat loosely based, but does that really matter? Look at the cute robot! DeeeSkye sure loves drawing, her tumblr and Instagram a living proof of that. A self-proclaimed self-taught artist, she uses various pens and pencils in her doodling and drawing. Baymax is her latest craze, though she does seem to have a classical geek education in various shows, both live action and animated. The drawings themselves are cheerful and vibrant in color, a fun contrast to the material one deals on a daily basis. It makes you feel all fun inside, just like having an inflatable robot friend.
