French Stylist Parodies High Fashion With Everyday-Woman Photoshoot

Published 9 years ago

Chances are, you have never been in fashion shoot for a magazine, and neither has Nathalie Croquet. So she decided to put a twist on it with her “Spoof” series. Instead of doing up models as a stylist, Croquet took the stage herself. Recreating pictures of famous models like Kate Moss, she offered a look into fashion photography without photo manipulation.

Nathalie Croquet has been working as a stylist for more than 30 years. Photographer Daniel Schweizer did the shooting part. “Consider me Ryan Gosling,” Croquet said in an online interview. “It made sense to change position and see what it felt like.”
