The 29-year-old artist, who was born to Chinese parents in South Africa, has been working in Amsterdam for the past 10 years. Aside from creating straight on the skin, the tattooist has a style distinguishable from those of other artists that can be described as a fusion of pointillism, realism, geometric abstraction and watercolour-like techniques. Entirely self-taught, this tattooist and painter spreads his name around the world with his truly apt and poetic motto: “Give me a piece of your skin & I'll give you a piece of my soul." Would you?
