We see beautiful faces on social media frequently. Most of which is thanks to either make-up, filters, plastic surgery or other enhancement tools. Historical figures didn’t have access to such amenities when they were photographed, however. Which makes it even more alluring to see photos or paintings of their authentic beauty. These swoon-worthy heartthrobs broke many hearts back in the day, and we can imagine that they had hordes of fans who chucked bloomers in their direction.
