People Are Falling In Love With This Artist’s Tiny Pop Culture-Inspired Tattoos (30 Pics)

Eden Kozokaro, aka Kozo, is an Israeli tattoo artist currently based in New York who specializes in miniature tattoos inspired by movies, paintings and comic books. In an interview with Inked Magazine, the artist said his tattoo artist career began after one of his friends bought the cheapest tattoo machine they could find on eBay. Kozo says the friend eventually became his first client and soon enough he was offering free tattoos to everyone he knew.

When asked why he chose to focus on micro tattoos, the artist said he tried to find a way to express his classical painting knowledge within a size that could fit people who can’t commit for a sleeve or big work. “I try to design as minimalistically as possible. In design, I believe that less is more,” added Kozo.
