10 Line-Based Murals On Instinct And Human-Nature Flow, By Taquen

Published 6 hours ago

Spanish street artist Taquen has a gift for weaving fluidity and form into his work. Known for his delicate line-based murals, Taquen explores the connections between instinct, emotion, and the natural world. His art feels alive, lines that seem to breathe, flow, and merge into human and animal forms with an almost meditative quality.

The artist shared with DeMilked, “I started to paint graffiti at high school, when I was 13, then I studied fine arts in Madrid, Spain. I honestly cannot say at what point I started from all this. I can only dedicate myself professionally since 2018, but I suppose that long before my intention was the same.”

At the heart of Taquen’s work lies the idea of balance: the delicate dance between humans and nature, between freedom and structure, between the visible and the invisible. His pieces, often created on massive walls in urban environments, invite passersby to pause and reflect on their place in the larger ecosystem.

“I try to talk about change, movement, and the need to find a balance between human beings and the environment,” Taquen explains. “My lines are like rivers, like wind. They never stop flowing.”

Here are some of his most striking murals that embody instinct, movement, and the quiet harmony between human and nature.
