Kloof Road house is special not only because of it's modern exterior, but also because every room in it opens to the outside. This means easy passage from any room to the great outdoors of the back yard. Nico van der Meulen Architects made the transition from inside to the outside with frameless glass doors and polish concrete floor.
Nico van der Meulen Architects was established in 1984 by the company's namesake. It was his son Werner van der Meulen that designed the house. The interior were decorated by M Square Lifestyle Necessities, a décor and design showroom started by Nico's wife Santa and son Rudolph.
