Photographer Captures The Stunning Winter Beauty In Poland

Published 7 years ago

The winter just hit the Northern hemisphere, and with the first snow comes the first complaints about the awfully cold weather. For Polish mountain photographer Karol Nienartowicz, however, harsh winter weather is a part of his job. Still, the pictures he takes are definitely worth a few hours of standing outside with icicles on his beard.

To take the stunning photographs of beautiful mountain ranges, the artist often has to camp out in the harshest conditions. He loves photographing sunrises and sunsets and tries to avoid the popular destinations in order to capture something extraordinary.

In the pictures below, the photographer explores the serene beauty of Polish mountains in winter. The camera suspend winter in time and the fairytale-like houses dusted with snow, the icy solitude, and the majestic beauty of nature and starry night skies can be admired for more than just a fleeting moment.
