Campbell, based in Williamsburg part of Brooklyn, New York, thanks every person who submits themselves of the winds of fate and Scott. However, Campbell is a famous artist, having tattooed celebrities like Marc Jacobs, Orlando Bloom and Penelope Cruz, so there's reason to trust him. But would you do it?
