With so many new restaurants opening their doors every day, staying unique can become a struggle. Sure, you might make a mean burger or bake delicious pizzas - but what could make yours stand out from all the others? My guess would be fresh ingredients and a nice atmosphere but apparently some restaurant owners think that serving dessert in a maxi pad is the way to go. People are submitting photos of the most ridiculous food servings they've received in restaurants to the r/WeWantPlates/ subreddit and you'll be surprised by some of the restaurants' ingenuity - and not in a good way. HEAR ME OUT, HOW ABOUT WE PUT THEM ON STICKS AND SERVE THEM IN A VASE WITH NOTHING ELSE” LIKE YOU COULDNT EVEN SERVE IT WITH A [FRIGGIN] SECOND FRUIT OR EVEN [FRIGGIN] LEAVES OR WHATEVER… IM SO MAD. [FRIGGIN] FROZEN GRAPES ON A STICK. AND THEY WERENT EVEN SEEDLESS GRAPES…"
