Whether we accept it or not, getting older is inevitable. There are changes that we are bound to go through, no matter how resistant we may be. The easiest course of action is to accept it and move forward with grace rather than stressing about things out of our control.  Recently, an interesting discussion occurred online when one Redditor asked others to mention the little signs of ageing they have noticed.
