In this series, he aims to “urge us to see the animal in the person, the person in the animal, and peer into each one’s soul.”
Gethings draws inspiration from a lifetime working with animals, especially Baxter, his beloved Border Terrier, who not only modeled but even assisted during shoots. Reflecting on their bond, Gethings once shared, “I have been told that I do look like Baxter. We have the same hair colour and both sport a beard. We are also both laid back in our approach to life.”
