Mother Of Two Creates Adorable Bento Lunches For Her Sons
Mother of two from Singapore Li Ming knows how to make her sons appreciate the food they get. She has already created more than 100 cartoon food artworks – charabens or character bentos - for her sons’ lunches and doesn’t seem to be stopping there any time soon.
Li Ming, a mother of two from Singapore, knows how to make her sons appreciate the food they get. She has created more than 100 cartoon food artworks – charabens, or character bentos - for her sons’ lunches, and it doesn't look like she plans to stop any time soon.
Ming told Dailymail that it all started when her older son, Ivan, started school and had a really hard time coping with it. A witty cartoonish food arrangement and a comforting note he found for lunch worked miracles for him, however. Her younger son, Lucas, then wanted an original lunch arrangement to bring to his kindergarten too. Now the two boys participate in this family hobby as well – in addition to eating the fabulous charabens, they also suggest new ideas and give their mother advice on how to arrange them.
