The artist creates this turquoise glow by applying luminous phosphorescent paint to every piece. The paint is charged simply by putting it under the sun for a couple of hours or right under a lamp for just a couple of minutes. Besides the glow, Richard's handiwork also catches the interest of fantasy fans, as he often surrounds the shiny gems with dragons and other fantastic creatures.
Of course, if your friends ask about the glow, you should put your poker face on and tell them some random story about magic, your great Romanian grandfather's will and the hearts of dragons. Don't waste opportunities like that...
