Italian Artist Characterises 13 Worldwide Cities In Compositions Of Abstract Lines And Shapes
Italian architect and graphic designer Federico Babina’s latest cityscape series consists of bold compositions that vibrantly depict the complexities of 13 major cities worldwide. Famous structural landmarks in each city, such as bridges, buildings and statues, are highlighted in thick black lines within each image as a key identifiable object. It’s almost chaotically juxtaposed with other elements unique to the character of the particular city. The playful merging of structure and chaos beautifully captures the dynamic of each city portrayed. Vivid geometric shapes are interspersed within the compositions to complete the final stunning look.
