Mom Photographs Her Two Inseparable Daughters To Show That Love Has No Boundaries
Anna Larson is a mother documenting the childhood of her two daughters. The twist? One of them is adopted from Ethiopia. Semenesh and her biological daughter Haven were respectively three-and-a-half and one-and-a-half-years-old when Anna started taking pictures of them spending time together. Even if they’re not linked by blood or color of the skin, the little girls are still having a blast.
“It’s not skin that makes us different, or that causes separation and distance…no, it’s a lack of unity. When we grow beside another, our similarities bloom,” Anna Christine wrote on Bored Panda. Her determination to adopt arose from her experiences as a volunteer in Haiti. There, she fell in love with a baby who later died from health complications.
Anna Larson is the owner of Anna Christine Photography in Olympia, WA. She enjoys children and family photography. In addition to her daughters, she also has a son.

Two souls birthed on opposites sides of the world were brought together through adoption

They’re now inseparable

They are their own individuals with very different personalities, yet I see so many similarities because of their closeness

It’s not skin that makes us different, or that causes separation

No, it’s a lack of unity

When we grow beside another, our similarities bloom

It’s opened my eyes to the potential we have to love and accept one another as brothers and sisters, just as they do

Got wisdom to pour?
Love!!!! <3
