Infrared Photos Of New York’s Central Park

Published 8 years ago

You don’t have to live in New York to see Central Park. With so many filmmakers and photographers choosing it as their workplace, you’ve probably seen every inch of it already. Yet Italian graphic designer and photographer Paolo Pettigiani offer us a new perspective on the park coloring it pink.

In his photo series called Infrared NYC, the photographer used an infrared-aerochrome film, which replaces colors with red and pink, giving a whole new perspective on the subject.

As Paolo says himself: “The purpose is to highlight the majesty and the contrast of nature included in the famous Big Apple’s skyscrapers.
