Artist Captures Nature’s Beauty With Pressed Glass Jewelry

Published 8 years ago

Russian jewelry designer Stanislava Korobkova is crafting this delicate jewelry that preserves the temporary and fragile beauty of nature.

Her jewelry is exceptionally clean with no unnecessary details, as she lets nature do all the magic: “I think nature already created amazing and beautiful things,” says Stanislava. “All I should do is make a proper frame for them and save this beauty for years.”

The Dublin-based designer uses plants found in the Irish wilderness, dries them up and puts them in a very thin layer between two sheets of glass, finishing the piece with a metal frame.

Enjoy nature inspired jewelry? Then you’re going to love the jewelry that grows on your body!
