Julio Cesar (a.k.a M209) is a freelance illustrator who lives in Fortaleza, Brasil. He used to study publicity and advertising, but dropped out to focus more on his work. “My inspirations came from movies, musics and other illustrators,” Cesar said in an online interview. “I have a lot of inspiration from Rayner Alencar, who is another illustrator and also a friend of mine, who always helps me with tips and new techniques on Photoshop.” His main influences come from 80's/90's cartoons – I though I saw some Batman: The Animated Series in there!
