The one with the hotel stars makes no sense, stars are not allotted according to reviews, they are given according to ammenities an hotel provides. If an hotel has a gym, dining, a bar, each of these get a star. A pool gets another star.
No, it’s more the fact that a hotel claims to be 5 stars yet the reviews say otherwise…
