Pico Miho is a self-taught Japanese artist who creates adorable feline-inspired bags and backpacks that are taking Japan by storm!
If you're a cat lover, you probably can't imagine your life without these furry critters and I'm willing to bet you have at least one article of clothing with a cat on it inside your wardrobe. Well, today we have something you might want to add to your cat-themed wardrobe collection - cat bags created by Pico Miho, aka nekoseisaku_pico on Instagram. This self-taught Japanese artist creates adorable feline-inspired bags and backpacks and they're taking Japan by storm!

In an interview with Bored Panda, the artist said she loved cats since she was a kid and always worked with stuffed animals everywhere. "I wanted a 'stuffed cat' that I could take outside even as an adult. But a cute plush is embarrassing... so I made it in a way that looks real and has a reason for one to carry it around,” explained Pico how she came up with the idea for the cat bags.

Pico started creating the bags a few years ago and makes each one by hand. Each of the bags can consist of up to 78 parts and can end up costing up to $950.
