David Bowie Looking Awesome In The Last Photoshoot Before His Death

Published 8 years ago

David Bowie stayed classy to the end, if this final photoshoot is any indication. A cheerful man dressed in a black suit and wearing a black fedora hat. This photoshoot was done to promote his latest album, Blackstar. The shoot was organized by photographer Jim King while the suit was provided by designer Thom Browne. Before that, Bowie was last pictured in public when he attended the musical Lazarus in New York on December the 7th.

“That’s the message that I sent,” says the message accompanying the photos on Bowie’s website. “Why is this man so happy? Is it because it‘s his 69th birthday or that he has released his 28th studio album today and it’s a corker? Who knows, but we’re sure you’ll want to join us in congratulating him on both. Many happy returns of the day to David Bowie and Blackstar.
