30 Relatable Comics That Perfectly Capture How Our Daily Routines Changed After Covid (New Pics)

Published 4 years ago

Irina Blok is a San Francisco-based artist who works for a tech company during the day and creates hilariously relatable comics at night. We’ve already featured some of her comics before, and now the artist is back with a fresh batch of new ones.

The artist says she’s been cooped up at home since the lockdown started and that working form home has been quite overwhelming. “It’s been hard not being able to see my friends and family, and with all summer plans and vacations canceled, I suddenly had a lot more time on my hands to endlessly worry about everything,” says Irina. “At night, it’s tempting to just watch Netflix, but after a while, it got super boring and I found drawing helped provide some positivity and joy that can also be shared with other people in the same situation. While Covid is not a laughing matter, comic relief is a way to deal with the stress and blow off some steam.”

Aušrys Uptas

One day, this guy just kind of figured - "I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?" - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that's trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that's too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
