Light Turns Sydney’s Buildings Into Dazzling Works Of Art In Annual Festival

Published 10 years ago

Sydney, Australia has recently become the subject of international attention because of the start of the annual Vivid Sydney festival, a celebration of light and music. The festival consists of an outdoor exhibition of delightful lighting installations, music events and important creative industry forums, most of which are free to the public.

During this festival, the city is covered in vibrant colors and sounds, especially at night, when the light installations are turned on. The part that attracts the most attention is the illumination of the iconic Sydney Opera House, one of the world’s most recognizable buildings. The building seems to be changed completely.

The festival will end on June 9th, so now is the perfect time to plan a visit to this modern city.
