10 Comics Show A Positive Side Of Loneliness

Published 7 years ago

Loneliness. We’ve all been there, including young comic artist Reimena Ashel Yee. The only thing is, she has managed to befriend loneliness and even started seeing it as her friend, claiming that at the end of the day, loneliness helped her embrace who she was.

How did she do that? Kuala Lumpur-born Yee shares her journey through her playful comics accompanied by writing, and teaches us some basic truths about human existence.

Combining the profound with familiarity, Yee makes it easy to relate and inspires those who feel lonely to reframe how they experience being on their own.
