Italian Artist Exposes Society’s Obsession Through Provocative 3D Sculptures

Published 13 hours ago

Italian artist micc has found a novel way to pass social commentary on the absurdity of the modern world. His meticulously thought-out 3D creations are digital compositions inspired by the current values upheld by modern society. His poignant artistic creations are completely devoid of any AI-generated input and are visually constructed to relay a powerful message criticising societies obsession with technology.

micc’s disturbing creations are a mocking parody of overconsumption, digital loneliness, conformism, appearance dictating and more. His thought-provoking artistic creations convey a central idea that modern society is paying too much attention to things that don’t mean much except for the value that we assign them. The artist’s derisive imagery reflects the bizarre direction the modern world is heading in and are a social criticism of anything even remotely questionable in society.

Shanilou Perera

Shanilou has always loved reading and learning about the world we live in. While she enjoys fictional books and stories just as much, since childhood she was especially fascinated by encyclopaedias and strangely enough, self-help books. As a kid, she spent most of her time consuming as much knowledge as she could get her hands on and could always be found at the library. Now, she still enjoys finding out about all the amazing things that surround us in our day-to-day lives and is blessed to be able to write about them to share with the whole world as a profession.

Got wisdom to pour?
