Being a parent can be tough and frustrating, and sometimes the best way to deal with the problems that arise is to laugh about them. Yllya, a French illustrator, a comic artist, and a mother of a cute 3-year-old, does exactly that in her funny and sweet webcomics, which are all based on her life's anecdotes. It all started somewhat accidentally when the family got stuck in an elevator. Their reactions to the situation were all completely different and later the artist thought it would be funny to portray what just happened in a comic strip. "I drew it, and posted it on Instagram and people seems to like it. A few weeks later, I draw another one after a conversation with my husband about our daughter's hair. And people liked it too." And that's what started the ball rolling. "Family and parenting are a source of infinite inspiration," said the illustrator, emphasizing that even though the comics are based on real life, they still are exaggerated caricatures.
