Bird’s Wings Get Perfectly Synced With Camera’s Frame Rate And It Will Bend Your Mind
Recently the internet was stormed by this alien bird caught on security camera, who seems to be simply floating in the air, seemingly forgotten to act that wings have anything to do with it flying. Yet to those familiar with the way cameras operate, this mystery is not a mystery at all.
This optical illusion is actually achieved by synchronizing camera’s frame rate and shutter speed with the bird’s wings flapping. In this instance it matched perfectly, canceling out the movement of the wings. Another example of which you can see in this video of a helicopter taking off.
