The Best & Worst States for 4K Streaming
Streaming has been on the rise for the past several years, but only recently has ultra high definition or 4k video been easily accessible in homes across the country. Ultra high definition quality simply refers to the amount of pixels that create an image or images. The current standard for 4k is 3840 pixels by 2160 pixels, which results in a total pixel area of 8,294,400. The previous high definition standard was only 1920 pixels by 1080 pixels, which resulted in a total pixel area of 2,073,600. This dramatic increase in pixels provides more visible detail on the screen and a more realistic and vibrant image.
