Among all the cute and fun bits to stumble upon online, there are some that have the potential to actually save a life. That's what happened to Erin Smith Chieze who found this clever photo identifying breast cancer.
“Someone once posted a picture on Facebook of what breast cancer can look like. Not feel, but look like. In December of 2015 when I saw an indentation that looked like one of those pictures, I instantly knew I had breast cancer,” Erin wrote next to a picture which went viral on Facebook.
It's a photo of different lemons which represent different breast cancer symptoms, such as invisible lumps, dimpling, indentation, and more. “We need to give REAL information, not cute hearts,” Erin wrote. And with the internet being extremely sensitive to a naked body, this might be the second best thing to stay informed.
