Renting a house comes with laundry list of rules and regulations which the tenant usually has to follow. Its common to come across unreasonable landlords who demand a lot from tenants, and as one 2024 LendingTree survey determined nearly 3 in 5 (58%) renters have beef with their landlord.
Unforutantely, wiht the state of the economy buying a house outright is still a dream for many and renting is still the most viable option.
