A Chinese streamer just went viral after a glitch caused their unfiltered face to be accidentally shown on a livestream, costing them 140,000 followers almost instantly. These days, it’s completely commonplace to use photo-editing software to glam up images or rely on filters to reinvent one’s online persona.
