This guy found a way! A Californian dog owner built a whole separate room for his little friend. He used the empty space under the stairs to create a Harry Potter room for his beloved dog. There is nothing tough in creating one and according to vets in LA who have seen the pictures, any dog would definitely appreciate the gesture and demonstrate it to the owner at all times.
