20 Clever Comics That Reference Pop-Culture Characters In Hilarious Scenes
The Spud Comics’ Universe is a one-panel comic series that showcases various goofy scenarios that range from fairytale characters to pop-cultural references. Lonnie Easterling, the mastermind behind the illustrations, explains that the name “Spud” actually has nothing to do with potatoes. He further explained that, in fact, the moniker was actually inspired by his grandpa’s nickname for him as a baby.
