Grieving Man Recreates Photos Of His Late Wife With 3-Year-Old Daughter

How does one give a fitting tribute to a loved one that has passed away? Rafael Del Col decided that he'd honor his late wife by reshooting their pre-wedding photos with their daughter. Raisa was less than a year old when Tatiane Valques died in a road accident in 2011.
The now three-year-old Raisa wore the same jewelry and high heels that her mother wore in the pictures taken in 2009. The dog in the pictures is also same: Del Col bought Raul for Tatiane when they started dating.
Del Col wrote on his blog dedicated to helping widowers that he was inspired by a similar project by Ben Nunery. Nunery had reshot his wedding pictures with his daughter in memory of his wife who had died from cancer.
