Designer Makes Historic Portraits Take Selfies
Denmark-based designer and marketing specialist Olivia Muus made her trip to a museum a little bit more fun than usual. While facing the historical portraits, she took photos of them with her arms positioned to make the subjects of the paintings look like they were taking selfies themselves.
Even those who are bit tired of the overwhelming selfie buzz will find this ironic selfie series amusing for its blend of history and modern trends.

Got wisdom to pour?
I love this series! Olivia Muus nailing that perfect blend of old masters and modern vanity cracks me up every time. I personally get a kick out of tweaking portraits myself, especially retouching faces to look timeless yet fresh.
