This Mexican Artist’s Unique Technique Makes It Look Like His Drawings Are Glowing

Enrique Bernal is an artist based in Puebla, Mexico, who creates unique drawings of people that look like they’re emitting light off of the page. He first creates the drawing on a piece of paper using pens and pencils and then adds the glowing effect in post-production using an app called Medibang Paint. The artist’s amazing drawings have already gathered him nearly 25k followers on Instagram and the number just keeps growing.
