20 Adorable Comics Illustrating This Artist And Her Boyfriend’s Daily Struggles (New Pics)

Valérie Minelli, aka Mrs. Frollein, is a Luxembourgian artist based in Germany who has been illustrating her and her boyfriend’s daily struggles in adorable comics for over 6 years now. Throughout the years, the artist created hundreds of comics and has gathered a following of nearly 500k people on Instagram – and once you see her comics, you’ll quickly understand how she did it.

Valérie says that she always asks her boyfriend if he’s okay with he sharing the intimate moments of their relationship with the world. “I have rejected a bunch of comic ideas because they were just too private to share,” explained the artist.

Initially, the artist used to only draw things that she knew would be relatable but nowadays illustrates certain weird situations just to find out if they’re the only couple that does that. “Take the meow comic for example. I always thought we were the only couple that communicates using cat language, so I made a comic about it to find out if that was true,” explained Valérie. “Turns out, we are definitely not the only ones!”
