7 Powerful Harry Potter Scenes That Did Not Make It To The Movies Finally Come To Life

Published 1 year ago

If you’re a true Potterhead you know what it feels like to watch a movie and notice that one of your favorite scenes from the book did not make the cut. Probably that’s why people tend to say that books are better than the movies, right? Well, an artist named Katie Knudson from Orlando, Florida started drawing scenes from Harry Potter movie we all wished to see but unfortunately, they didn’t make the films, and we love it!

“My mom read the books to me as I grew up,” Katie told Bored Panda. “Even the last one which came out when I was in high school. It formed a really special bond between the two of us!”

Katie first came up with this idea when she remembered a scene where Luna walks up to Harry and proclaims her support for him. “I just thought it was a great scene and I felt inspired to draw it really quickly. It was so well received that I realized I wasn’t the only one who missed these forgotten scenes, so I just kept finding them and drawing them!” Katie says it can take up to 10-20 hours of work to finish the illustrations, and you can definitely see that her work takes a lot of time and effort! Scroll down to see it yourself! And if you really like her work, you can support Knudson on Patreon.
