Sara Puhto is a 23-year-old Finnish health blogger who isn't afraid of showing how easy it is to fake Instagram photos by using herself as an example. She preaches body positivity by creating quirky side-by-side Instagram vs. Reality photos complete with motivational messages that explain why we shouldn't believe everything we see on social media. "There’s always certain parts and types of bodies that are idealised and put on a pedestal which makes us dislike certain aspects of ourselves," writes the blogger on one of her latest Instagram posts. She goes on to explain how instead of changing our bodies, we should try changing the way we look at them. "Don’t focus on negativity, focus on accepting and loving what you dislike about yourself," writes Sara.
