Road Trip in Central Europe

Published 9 years ago

We wanted to live the experience of a road trip in Europe and we certainly did. We managed to visit 6 countries, 24 towns and villages, 13 hotel rooms just in 16 days.

First stop Bratislava (Slovakia), next stop Vienna (Austria), couldn’t miss Cesky Krumlov (Czech Republic) which was only 40 min. distance and then begins our tour in various towns-villages of Austria. The amazing lake in Hallstatt, Admont and the Gesause Natural Park, the Grossglockner mountain in the Alpes and of course the city of Salzburg. Our next destination Germany. We visited the cities of Munich and Frankfurt for less than 24 hours and then smaller but stunning towns such as Nurnberg, Bamberg and Wurzburg, Heidelberg, Baden-Baden, Freiburg and Darmstadt for its famous Wasserhaus, France was too close to ignore so we added 4 more destinations to our trip Strasbourg, Colemar, Ribeauville, Riquevihr. Our final destination Slovenia the city of Ljubljana and lake Bled.
