33 Hyper-Realistic Paintings Of Women By Artist Philipp Weber
Philipp Weber is a German artist who specializes in hyper-realistic paintings of women that you couldn’t tell from a photograph at first glance. However, even though the artist’s works look like they’re taken straight from a fashion magazine, the portraits are actually full of tiny details and imperfections that make them that much more realistic and “human”.
Philipp was only three years old when became interested in art and has only progressed since. The artist says he takes inspiration from books, movies, and other fellow artists and creative people, as well as their life stories, their dreams, and aspirations.

“Philipp started painting when he was 3 years old as a present to give his mum and grandmother to make them happy and smile. He says that he cannot imagine his life without painting,” said Kiki Kim, Philipps’ business manager in a recent interview with Bored Panda. “When he was a high school student, he painted portraits that he sold to people directly and made enough money to buy a small car.”

Philipp was always interested in hyper-realism and has studied his Master’s degree at Berlin University of the Arts. According to Kiki, the artist believes that his viewers can “engage with his paintings the best with a super-realistic art form.”
