Sure, you can try laying some sleeping bags on the floor or politely ask them to sleep in their cars but you know what else you can do? Build them a house.

Turns out Amazon is selling something called the Allwood Solvalla, a 172 square foot garden house that you can assemble in just 8 hours.

The company says their house kit is made from high-quality Nordic wood and is an alternative to the classic log cabin styled structures. “It works well in a variety of surroundings and can be a guesthouse, home office, granny flat, or even a retail space,” says Allwood. “Versatile Solvalla can also be set up on rooftops of multi-story buildings. Assembly of this solid wood structure takes a full day for two adults.”

Only a few tools are needed to build this shed and it comes with simple step-by-step instructions

Even though you can’t currently purchase it on Amazon, you can order it from Allwood‘s official website for just $6,550, including shipping. All you need to complete the house are some roof shingles and foundation materials, that according to the company shouldn’t cost more than $320.

Even though the house doesn’t come with a bathroom, Allwood says it’s not too difficult to install one and you can even purchase a DIY kit for that.
