Published 1 month ago

Stephanie Pokorny is a mother and crochet artist who proved crocheting is not just your grandma’s favorite pastime activity. The artist creates unique crocheted full-body Halloween costumes for her kids and now you’ll want one too.

In an interview with Bored Panda, Stephanie said she freehand crochets full-body Halloween costumes for her children every year. “Sometimes these unique costumes are from classic ’80s movies, other times from whatever movie or toy is popular at the time,” said the artist.

“Once they choose their Halloween costume ideas, I begin on bringing them to life,” explained Stephanie. “They love to follow along with my progress, and each day they ask, ‘Is it done yet?'”

Each of the costumes takes the artist between 25 to 40 hours to finish and she usually takes about two weeks.

One day, this guy just kind of figured - "I spend most of my time on the internet anyway, why not turn it into a profession?" - and he did! Now he not only gets to browse the latest cat videos and fresh memes every day but also shares them with people all over the world, making sure they stay up to date with everything that's trending on the web. Some things that always pique his interest are old technologies, literature and all sorts of odd vintage goodness. So if you find something that's too bizarre not to share, make sure to hit him up!

Got wisdom to pour?
