If you’re not already familiar with the guy, Tony Hawk is a legendary American skateboarder, whose games you’ve probably played when you were a kid. Even though many people know the skateboarder’s name, somehow they often forget how he looks, often leading to some awkward and hilarious situations. But Tony doesn’t really seem to make a big deal out of them – in fact, since it happens quite often, the skateboarder even started posting these encounters on Twitter and they’re just too funny!

When we say that Tony Hawk is a legendary skateboarder, you better believe we mean it: throughout his career, he won over 70 skateboarding competitions, invented some amazing skateboarding tricks and even started a successful skateboard company called Birdhouse Skateboards. The skateboarder even started his own foundation back in 2002, called the Tony Hawk Foundation, that aims to help build safe skateparks in low-income areas.
