Artist Bends His 2D Letter Art Into 3rd Dimension

Published 8 years ago

Artist Cyril Vouilloz, better known as Rylsee, has been long captivated by the subtle art of calligraphy. And through his passion, he’s found a way to take letters to another level, and even to another dimension.

The Berlin-based artist has been bringing letters to the 3D space with optical illusions, some of which are clever paintings, while some are actual sculptures made out of plywood and acrylic paint.

His artworks have been exhibited all over the world: in Switzerland, France, USA, Germany, UK, Spain, Israel, Canada, Brazil and for those who missed it – on his Instagram page.
